WHAT TO EXPECT

PICKUP

  • A vehicle from our fleet will pick you up at one of the available pickup locations noted on the specific event details pages. Available pickup locations vary by event.

 

ON THE WAY

  • Snacks, refreshments and water available

ARRIVAL​

You will arrive well before the event start to give you plenty of time before the event.

​

LEAVING THE EVENT 

We will depart 1 hour after the conclusion of the event or when everyone has returned to the vehicle.

DROPOFF ​

  • ​Dropoff will be at the same location as pickup. 

​​

ADDITIONAL DETAILS 

  • Vehicle remains onsite during the entire event

  • Fare includes round trip transportation

  • Discounts for groups of 5 or more may be eligible for 15% off. Use GROUP15 at checkout.

  • Tickets must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance of the event date.

If you prefer a more intimate and customized option for your group we also provide private charters that pickup and drop off at your requested locations. Vehicles range from 14 seat vans to full size coach buses seating up to 56.
