We will also collect the names and email addresses of any companions who will be traveling on the reservation that you create. GROUP TRAVEL INFORMATION
If you use our website to inquire about the availability of group fares for conventions, wedding parties, organizations, event attendees or other special interest groups, we will ask you to provide certain contact information, including your name, address, email address, and phone and fax numbers, as well as certain details about your organization, wedding or other planned event related to your group’s requirements. EXCURSION TICKETS CANCELATION

Boston Common Coach will cancel excursion reservations and issue refunds accrodingly. In order to cancel your reservation please email charter@bostoncommoncoach.com not less than 48 hours from the service date

RESPONSIBILITY

Boston Common Coach, acts solely as agent in arranging for transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, and all other services. Boston Common Coach assumes no liability or responsability for injury, damage, delay, or accident due to default of any other company or person, or for conditions beyond their control, Boston Common Coach reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the intinerary as conditions may warrant. Also, the right is reserved to cancel the operation of any tour prior to departure and, if necessary, to change accomodations or sightseeing attractions by substituting those of equal value. All prices are subject toi change without notice.
Children's prices apply to those under 12: Those under 12 that do not occupy a seat ride at no charge.

You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Boston Common Coach debiting your account for any costs Boston Common Coach incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of this website, and, without limitation, you shall be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of transactions performed on your behalf, whether or not such uses were performed with your consent.
